CalPalette is a Chrome extension that allows you to customize the colors of your Google Calendar events. The Service includes the browser extension and any associated web services for account management and data synchronization.

CalPalette offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription processed through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by CalPalette and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any custom color palettes you create.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
